08:00 AM: Pick-up from Hotel/Airport/Residence
Our chauffeur will pick you up at 8:00 AM from your hotel, the airport, or your place of stay anywhere in the NCR, including Gurugram and Noida. You'll meet our guide at Humayun's Tomb.
08:30 AM: Humayun’s Tomb
Visit Humayun's Tomb, also known as Maqbara-e-Humayun, commissioned in 1569 AD by Emperor Humayun's chief consort, Bega Begum. This magnificent structure, designed by Persian architect Mirak Mirza Ghiyas and his son Sayyed Muhammad, is India's first garden tomb.
09:30 AM: Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House)
Proceed to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India. This grand building, originally the residence of the Viceroy of India during the British period, is the second-largest presidential residence in the world, covering a floor area of 200,000 sq ft and situated atop Raisina Hill.
10:00 AM: India Gate
Next, visit India Gate, also known as the All India War Memorial. This iconic structure commemorates the 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives between 1914 and 1921 during World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.
11:00 AM: Jama Masjid
Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, with the capacity to accommodate 25,000 worshippers at a time. This grand mosque was built by Emperor Shah Jahan and completed in 1656 AD. From here, enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby Red Fort.
12:00 PM: Chandni Chowk
Explore Chandni Chowk, also known as Moonlight Square, designed by Mughal Princess Jahanara, daughter of Shah Jahan, in the 17th century. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through this bustling market, famous for its spices and vibrant atmosphere. Afterward, proceed for a buffet lunch.
02:00 PM: Lotus Temple
Visit the Lotus Temple, an architectural marvel known for its distinctive lotus-shaped structure. This Bahá'í House of Worship is open to people of all religions and provides a serene environment for reflection and prayer.
03:30 PM: Qutub Minar
Conclude your day with a visit to Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret in India, started by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak in 1192 AD and completed by his son-in-law, Iltutmish, in 1369 AD. Also explore the nearby Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, built in 1193 AD, the first mosque in the Indian subcontinent.
